Globalverkstans resa till Riga och Vilnius syftade till att sprida information om GV genom att söka upp organisationer och institutioner med nära band till NGO-rörelsen. vidga nätverket i Baltikum, nå potentiella studenter m.m.
I Riga besökte Karin Dalborg krouthén och Anders T Carlsson bl.a. organisationen RIXC och i Vilnius deltog man i Baltic-Caucasus Platform Meeting
